And so continues the wonderful world of animals! On Sunday, Tucker somehow broke his toe. After playing outside for an hour or so, we opened the door to let him in, and here he came, hobbling toward us with this pathetic little look on his face. We took him to work the next day and shot an x-ray of his foot and leg, only to discover that he has broken his 4th digit... or in human terms, his "pinky toe." One of our technicians had taken a class that specifically taught bandaging, so Tucker, bless his heart, now has a cast up to his elbow! He's milking it for all it's worth, being lifted and lowered in and out of the car, sleeping in the bed with us, and giving us those big puppy dog eyes every chance he gets. Gotta love him!
