Well, the Leak Detectors came up yesterday, and it's not very good news. A hot water line in our bedroom burst, and they have to jackhammer through the foundation to find the leak. Because the house was built in the 50s, the plumbing is galvanized, not copper. Soooo, even if and when they do find the leak, they have to find a strong joint in the galvanized pipe to attach copper piping. Then, they have to pressurize the house to make sure that there aren't any other leaks. It's a nightmare, but we're trying to stay positive and are constantly reminding each other that we'll be okay. This is a picture of our new bedroom. We've always wanted a fireplace next to our bed! ;)
